Refund policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase; a 5% cancellation fee is retained in case of cancellation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Once a product has been delivered to a customer, we will not grant any refund. So it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is in good condition and meets his or her expectation at the moment of delivery as no refund or exchange will be allowed once delivery has been done.
Once delivery has been made, we will not be liable for any breakages, nonconformity or shortages of the products ordered.
The Customer understands that the second delivery depends on stock availability, and where stock is available, the product will be delivered to the Customer within 3-5 Business Days.
After delivery, any request for return will be considered solely based on the manufacturer's and/or the distributor's warranty conditions attached to the product including the following conditions:
The Customer agrees neither to, nor allow any other party to modify or tamper the product and/or the packaging.
Goods once delivered and sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable. However, based on a case-to-case basis we will do our best to consider the Customer's request for exchange only, based on the following requirements:
        • the request is made within 24 hours of delivery
        • the product needs to be dropped at goflo.mu Head Office located at Jhurry Street, Floreal between 10am and 4pm from Monday to Friday. 
        • the product needs to be brand new and not used.
        • the packaging needs to be in perfect condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

Warranty is provided by the Manufacturer, and each manufacturer has its own terms & conditions which the client must comply with.

Warranty terms & conditions may vary from Manufacturers/Brands.

Warranty covers are subject to terms & conditions set by Manufacturer

Warranty is covered by the service centre of the brand. If needed they will get in touch directly.

 

Delivery to Rodrigues

The maximum weight of an order is 10KG

The delivery lead time is 2 to 5 weeks

The order shall be collected by the customer at Mauritius Post in Rodrigues. An Avis De Reception shall be signed upon collection of the order by the customer signed prior to shipment. Order will have to be collected

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate at the time of your order and a delivery fee of Rs 225 will apply for orders having a total value less than Rs 2,500 (Incl. Vat). 


Orders having a total value above Rs 2,500 may benefit from Free delivery subject to size and weight restrictions as defined by goflo.mu; such orders need to be collected at goflo.mu Head Office located at Jhurry Street, Floreal between 10am and 4pm from Monday to Friday.
